Dropped my tax info off in the beginning of April & 6 months later they were completed. Gave them permission to get my 1099 form by signing a form but evertime I called they said they were still waiting on the info. I finally got the info 1099 on my own. It literally took 5 minutes to get that info, kinda amazing isnt it. If I wouldnt of got the 1099 info on my own would they still to this day be working on my taxes? They never want to answer their phone either. First time I had them do my taxes & last time.

Amended my tax return and still ended up filing late causing me to have to pay large late penalties. The first year I used this service everything went fine, but the second year was a nightmare. I called and emailed almost every week to try and get a status and ask if anything additional was needed, only to be ignored or told "Tom's working on it". My taxes weren't even complicated yet "2018" and ended up doing my taxes via turbotax in 2 hours the following year. My recommendation, if your taxes are simple just use turbotax or go to hrblock, if youre a business...go anywhere else.

I have been having my taxes done for several years at Citeroni and all I can say is that Tom is first class! IHis price is very reasonable and he is so efficient. Never yet has he made any errors and yes accountants are capable of making errors. First Class and much more reasonable pricing than many comparable professionals. Highly reccomended.

One year later and my family member is still trying to get her tax return!!! Their not in their office during office hours nor do they answer their phone.

Staff is friendly, pricing is very fair, and Tom is very helpful and know his stuff. Would recommend.
