5 stars all around! Greg was first to diagnose our leaky toilet over the weekend, without any hesitation he stopped over! Max and Zac were dispatched out with new parts. They all were efficient, professional and explained everything thoroughly. Were in and out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
Davis Bros sent in a service technician to check my furnace prior to winter starting. He was very thorough and professional. He had a checklist and went over all the details with me and explained everything accordingly. I am extremely satisfied with the service.
My air conditioner that was put in 2009 stopped working. I contacted Davis Brothers and a specialist came the next day. He was kind and knowledgeable and seemed to find the problem quickly enough. A part was found at their business and even though it was a little pricey, it fixed the problem and we are back in business! I was very pleased with the entire process and the outcome!
Zack and Max were xcellent! They called in advance to give me a heads up they were coming, arrived on time, was friendly, very thorough, and explained everything they were doing. We have had exceptional service from Davis Brothers and their technicians over the past 16 years.
