My experience with Don Huey Custom Building has been dreadful. Initially, I read a lot of the terrible reviews, but reached out to Don Huey Custom Building hoping that my experience would be different. Unfortunately, my experience has been no different than many other disappointed customers. Customer Service with Don Huey Custom Building has been appalling. The project manager, Corey, never reached out to me to schedule an appointment for an estimate. After numerous calls, he finally gave me a call and we scheduled the estimate to be done. After the estimate was completed nearly three weeks ago, however, I have not received the estimate or a time frame for when the job could be completed. Maybe this is routine, and the level of sub-par customer service is what customers should expect from Don Huey, but I was hoping for something better. Don Huey Custom Building should know that practicing good customer service improves it’s relationships with customers and improves business. Don Huey Custom Building should know that practicing good customer service is also what keeps customers coming back over time. Don Huey Custom Building should know that poor customer service encourages a poor reputation in the community and drives customers away to competitors with superior customer service. Don Huey Custom Building you can do better.

If I could give a zero I would. They damaged my property. Their help, I should say. They did not report the incident, and Mr. Don Huey would not return my phone calls. His receptionist was very rude. It was then people would tell me that this was not uncommon. Beware and have good homeowners insurance, because you will be using it.

I am very skeptical about having my car done anywhere, but they have always been very honest and not greedy about money. Jeff has s very honest and had always treated us well. I won't go anywhere else!

Don and his men have gone above and beyond for our medical practice and our family homes. They made themselves available on our time. We had a wide varity of work from a beam installed for open concept to remodeling our medical office to roofing and siding our house. The workers have all been professional and have made sure to do everything the way that I want it. Thank you to all of the men that made our construction experience a good one.

They did a roof for my uncle and did a horrible job. The roof started to leak. When we asked to come fix it they refused. He had to get someone else to come to fix it which cost another 5000 dollars. I do not recommend this company. They should stand by there work not get others to fix there mistakes!!
