(writing this for my mom): I have wanted this specific ring for the last ten years and never thought it would be a possibility due to the original being made only in Philly. I was able to take my dream ring design to you and you turned it into something better than I could imagine. It is absolutely stunning, and I learned so much about the stones that went into it. I stopped in to see Mike to get an engagement ring. I told him what I was looking for and he really listened. Not only did he help me find the perfect ring, he taught me about diamonds. I would recommend Lorrelis to anyone looking for any jewelry. We will be back for our wedding bands.
The jewelers at Lorelli’s are truly amazing. My engagement and wedding rings were ruined in an accident, and the jewelers here made them look brand new again. The employees were so helpful in looking at the rings and figuring out what the best solution for the repair would be, and they were incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone I know with jewelry needs in the future.
Went to around 5 stores and Lorelli’s was by far the best customer experience. Tristan there knows exactly what he’s talking about and the quality of the engagement ring was perfect!! Not even just him, all the employees were absolutely great. 10/10 experience and highly recommend anyone checking this place out.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Mike was so helpful and made every step of buying an engagement ring a breeze. I came in knowing what I wanted for my fiancé and he did everything possible to make sure I left with that. He truly went above and beyond and made it such a great experience.
