They installed a new furnace in my 80+ year old fathers place, and did not even check to see if the current filter was wrong or dirty. It would have taken the installer 5 seconds, to determine the filter in the house was incorrect, and not in working order. They also did not properly aluminum tape the plenum. They really do not care about their work, and do shoddy, incomplete work. I would not use this company period! And if I could, I would give them zero stars!
I called Schoenfelt Plumbing and Heating and talked with the company representative who answered the phone. She was pleasant enough and, after discussing our need for someone to call us back and give us an estimate (which she said would happen), no one ever contacted us in any way (it's been 11 days now). I should never have called this company. Total waste of time.
This company used to be good. Used them many times in past. Now they apparently have a staffing issue, however they could have been upfront about that. Called them 4 months ago with this work I need and was told they probably can't get to it in the next week. That was fine with me. They said they would call before they came. That was 4 months ago and not a single call yet. Apparently they don't care about their customers anymore. Of course I had to get help elsewhere.
Paid $200+ in November to get the kitchen sink fixed. A little over a month later, water starts pouring out from under the sink. Upon further examination we discovered all the NEW pipes that were installed are loose and not connected. I called to have someone fix THEIR mistake and we told to call Monday, it is Saturday. Im very disappointed, we always used this company and never had a problem, but this is unacceptable.
Not professional. Absolute zero customer service. I’ve called for assistance several times in the past. Will never call them again. Plenty of other HVAC businesses. They act as if callers who need immediate assistance are an inconvenience to them.
