I’m not much of a fan of small talk because I’m super awkward with strangers. Slight bit of social anxiety. So I hardly ever get my nails done. However I’ve been to this nail salon twice in the past 4-5 weeks. They are personable, down to earth and fun to chit chat with. Plus my nails look pretty freaking good. Today I had Lauren and last time I had Carlene. Both are awesome at what they do. I now look forward to having some pampering and some laughs every few weeks.

Love it here! Katie is an artist-it's almost a shame to get a new set every other week because I love them so much! They offer everything from acrylics to structured gel to just a simple coat of polish. Absolutely make an appointment, they fill up FAST and give their clients their full attention for the time they paid for.

Went to xclusive due to my regular nail tech being out of town. Katie D did a excellent job. Very friendly girl and my nails look amazing. Very glad that she listened to what I wanted! Will definitely go back!

Went yesterday to get a manicure and help for my dry cuticles. I rarely get manicures, but when I have, they soak, massage, apply creams/oils, and several coats of polish that last. Charlene soaked my nails in plain water, didn't apply any lotion, cream or massage my hands/nails and didn't do any treatment for my cuticles, even once I asked. Then, she said they weren't allowed to buff the nails or do anything for the ridges. Even though I only wanted clear polish, she only applied 1 coat. I have always had more than one coat at any other place, even when it's clear. I questioned that and also asked if she was going to add any cuticle oil. Since she had already moved on to another client, she had the receptionist apply some. The receptionist only quickly put a small amount of some oil on my nails and even missed a few nails. I called later and the guy said he would have the owner call me. They didn't. So I stopped in today and showed them that less than 24 hours later, the one coat that she applied was peeling off. The girl "in charge" tried to avoid fixing my problem by explaining that with clear there is only one coat. I said but with color, you get 3 coats (a base coat, the color and a top coat to protect it). She stuck to her explanation and didn't address the cuticle oil issue, then reluctantly said if I wanted, they could put another clear coat on. I said no, I would just put my own on at home and walked out. So much for trying to make the customer satisfied and want to return. I tried to write a review on their website, but it won't allow me to. Don't ever go there! I should have trusted my gut, because they had a lot of other bad reviews on their website.

I absolutely LOVE this salon!!! Shayla always does an amazing job and is down to try any design I bring in. It has always been such a positive and welcoming experience when I come in. Every time I break or chip a nail she always willing to fix it for me!!
